Adams is the first ICC town in history to claim "Tan-ok" crown in Ilocos Norte's bicentennial

The Municipality of Adams made history in Ilocos Norte last night as the first member of the Indigenous Cultural Community (ICC) in the province to conquer the "Tan-ok ni Ilocano Festival of Festivals."

Ginginubat Festival

This festival is held every April and lasts for three (3) days. It consist of an Opening Ceremony, Barangay Night, Cultural Show and a Pageant (Miss Aribai/ Gatan and Bangan/ Mr. and Ms. Adams).

Foundation Day

The town of Adams, Ilocos Norte celebrates its Foundation Day on May 19 by doing various activities such as a motorcade around the town and tree planting.
